Client Overview
A Global Real Estate Organization manages a diverse U.S. and Canadian portfolio of commercial properties, supported by Angus Anywhere for tenant work orders and utility billing. To maintain operational excellence across thousands of tenants and leases, the organization needed to strengthen system integration with its ERP and business intelligence platforms.
The Challenge
While Angus Anywhere served as the CMMS platform, its aging capabilities and lack of integrations created several pain points:
Manual Data Flows: Tenant and lease information had to be manually re-entered between systems.
Delayed Financial Processing: Charges and journals from Angus were not automatically synchronized with ERP, slowing invoicing cycles.

ERP Integration (Yardi): Automated the synchronization of tenant and lease master data, while also enabling inbound processing of charges and financial journal data for invoicing.
Financial Workflow Automation: Established a seamless data pipeline from Angus to ERP to ensure faster, more accurate billing and reporting.
Business Intelligence Integration: Connected Angus inspections data to Power BI, creating visualizations for real-time operational insights.
